If your paper is accepted for POSTER presentation, you need to put up your poster before the poster session. The time of the poster session can be found in the conference program. One of the authors need to present the poster during the entire poster session.

We will provide foam boards to put up your posters. The size of the foam board is: 30" (width) x 42" (height) and the poster should preferably be displayed in portrait mode. Your poster should fit into the foam board. We will also provide pushpins, tapes, and easels.

Each poster will get ONE minute slot for oral presentation. Please send ONE slide on your work to the Poster Session Chair (Prof. Wujie Wen, Email: wwen at fiu.edu) by Monday April 24, 2017, 11:59 p.m. (PST) (HARD deadline) for the oral presentation. The slide will have the title of your poster, the author list, and brief description on key contribution.

Best Poster Award: A group of judges will evaluate the posters and select one for the best poster award, based on the quality of the presentation.
