Camera-Ready Paper Preparation

You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. You should submit the camera-ready version using your EasyChair account by February 28, 2017, 11:59 p.m. (PST). This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

The page limit is six pages for full papers, four pages for short papers, and a 250-word abstract for abstract/poster papers. Also, please ensure that your paper has US Letter Size and it adheres to the double-column IEEE conference proceedings format, with a minimum font size of 10 pt.

It is also highly recommended that you use the conference-provided IEEE eXpress service to run IEEE Compliance Check (see the guideline below) before submission.

  • Select the New Users - Click Here
  • Enter the following:
    • 40616X for the Conference ID
    • Your email address
    • A password
  • Continue to enter information as prompted
  • An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
• Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Extra Page Charges

Authors may purchase up to two additional pages (for full papers) and one additional page (for short papers) at $200 per page. For those authors who wish to purchase additional pages, please select the appropriate options during the conference registration process to pay the extra page charges.

Copyright Form

Because the EasyChair system only allows you to upload one file (your paper), in order to submit the copyright form, please download, complete, SIGN, and email a signed copy to the Publications Chair, Prof. Mehran Mozaffari Kermani, at m.mozaffari at rit.edu.

Please email a signed copy of the copyright form (in PDF) by the firm deadline of February 28, 2017, 11:59 p.m. (PST), naming the PDF file as “Copyright_PaperID.PDF”.

Oral Presentations

Each full paper presentation slot is exactly 20 minutes. We strongly recommend you plan on your talk for 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for Q/A.

Each short paper presentation slot is exactly 15 minutes. We strongly recommend you plan on your talk for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for Q/A.
