With the generous support from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), HOST 2023 is offering travel grants for full-time students from U.S. universities to attend the symposium. The deadline for application is April 1, 2023. If awarded, the travel grant will provide hotel room support and conference registration. Other costs including tutorials and travel will not be covered by the grant.

Please be aware of the following rules:

1. The applicant must be a full-time student, either high school, undergraduate, or graduate, enrolled in U.S. institutions by the time of HOST 2023.
2. The travel grant recipients will receive support for author paper fee (if applicable), student registration, and a subsidized hotel room.
3. To apply, please complete the form below. The information that we collect is required by NSF and/or for the purpose of reimbursement.
4. All travel grant recipients will be required to submit one paragraph describing their experience or their favorite paper at HOST 2023.
