Each ​registration ​includes ​one ​ticket ​for ​the ​Wednesday ​banquet ​and ​awards ​ceremony. ​Additional ​tickets ​can ​be ​purchased ​at ​a ​cost ​of ​$115.

Please ​note ​that ​all ​papers ​require ​at ​least ​one ​full ​(non-student) ​registration, ​with ​one ​full ​registration ​covering ​up ​to ​two ​authored ​papers.

All ​demos ​require ​at ​least ​one ​student ​registration, ​unless ​the ​registrant ​has ​already ​registered ​an ​authored ​paper ​at ​the ​full ​registration ​rate.

Cancellation ​policy:

Refund ​for ​cancellations are allowed if ​received ​before ​Wednesday, ​April ​17, ​2019; ​an ​administrative ​fee ​of ​$50.00 ​will ​be ​applied.
