ORAL Presentation: Each oral presentation slot is exactly 20 minutes. We strongly recommend you plan on finishing your talk in 15 minute and leave 5 minute for Q/A and transition.

Camera-Ready Paper Preparation:

You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The final paper is due on 4th March, 2016.

This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. You should submit your paper using your EasyChair account.

The page limit is six pages for regular papers and four pages for poster papers. Authors may purchase up to two additional pages at $150 per page. For those authors who wish to purchase additional pages, please select the appropriate options during the conference registration process to pay the extra page charges.
